This multi-level place of worship is a massive undertaking for our client. All major milestones were successfully met throughout the project from the beginning, initial work had been approved by the city of Chicago in a as little as 6 months. Furthermore, the exterior frame was completed in a timely manner within 6 months which included custom steel framing and structure. This project is unique in its use of advanced cladding system, detailed interiors, and complexity of program. B8 Construction utilized detailed planning and management techniques to create efficiencies to keep the project within budget and on schedule.
